This is a simple online service. My clients simply provide me with the job title and job description of the position they are hiring for. They include the key attributes they are looking for in someone holding that position. When they have a candidate, they send me the name and email address of the candidate. I email the candidate a link to the testing platform, and they take the first two portions of the screening. I also send them a calendar link to set a zoom meeting for the final portion of the screening which is proctored and timed. Upon receiving the final results, I send the results to my client. The whole process from start to finish can take as little as an hour and a half depending on the scheduling of the final portion of the screening.
